Onboard Guest Photo & Video Policy

We welcome you to capture your unforgettable moments aboard our cruises! Please keep in mind the following rules to ensure an enjoyable and respectful experience for all guests, performers, and staff.

Please Note: Our professional photo and video team onboard will take photos from all shows and make them available for free HD download on our website post cruise.

Respect for Performers, Staff, & Fellow Guests: 

Many musical artists and special guests have specific photography and video policies outlined in their performance agreements. Our professional photo and video team are trained to work in conjunction with these regulations. To avoid violating artist and actor agreements, unrestricted professional photography is not allowed.

To prevent interference with our official photo and video team, guests may not stand in reserved or marked areas designated for media coverage. 

Please respect the privacy and downtime of our musical artist and special guests. While many are happy to meet guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from photo requests during non-scheduled meet-and-greet times. Performers are also here to enjoy their time off with friends and family, so please respect their personal space.

Photography & Video Rules:

• Personal Cameras & Phones: You are welcome to take photos and short video clips (unless specifically noted prior to an individual performance) using small, point-and-shoot personal cameras and mobile devices throughout the ship. However, please be mindful of others and avoid being disruptive and obtrusive when taking photos or video clips. 
• Professional/Large Equipment: To ensure the best experience for all guests and respect our artists’ preferences, detachable lens cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or similar), tablets (iPads, etc.), and other professional-grade equipment are not allowed in performance areas. This includes camera rigs, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks. 
• Flash Photography: Flash photography is not permitted in indoor concert venues or during any performances. 
• Video & Audio Recording: Recording full performances, audio, or video, including through tablets, video sticks, and GoPros, is prohibited during all shows and events. 
• Drones: Remote controlled photo/video drones are prohibited.

Content Ambassador:

Entertainment Cruise Productions reserves the right to designate individuals as Content Ambassadors who enjoy enhanced access to promote the Cruise and operate under specific additional rules. To inquire about the Content Ambassador program, please email us at contentambassador@ecpcruises.com

These rules help us capture key moments smoothly while ensuring the event remains enjoyable and in compliance with the musical artists and special guests requirements. Entertainment Cruise Productions reserves the right to ask guests to stop taking photos or videos at any time to protect the guest experience and honor the wishes of our artists.
