1. Eligibility
The 80s Cruise x Maui & Sons Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
Employees of Entertainment Cruise Productions NCP, LLC, Maui & Sons and any other companies associated with the development, administration or promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family members” include spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they reside.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Maui & Sons is a promotional partner and prize provider for the Sweepstakes. Maui & Sons is not the Sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes unless otherwise expressly stated.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on October 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Entries will be accepted online for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
5. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period:
- Visit Maui & Sons Sweepstakes.
- Complete and submit the online entry form with all requested information.
- Sign up to receive marketing emails from The 80s Cruise and Maui & Sons.
- Follow the official The 80s Cruise account @the80scruise.
- Follow the official Maui & Sons account @mauiandsons.
All steps must be completed for an entry to be eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify completion of the required entry steps before awarding the prize.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any person, email address or household in excess of this limitation will be void.
Automated, script-generated, robotic, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise improper entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
6. Prize Drawing
On or about 11/2/2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner through a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner using the email address provided on the entry form on or about 11/6/2026.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within five (5) calendar days after the date of the first notification attempt.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, does not meet the eligibility requirements, has not completed all required entry steps or is disqualified for any other reason, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.
If the potential winner is at least twenty-one (21) years old but is considered a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfillment of all requirements.
Only three (3) alternate drawings will be conducted. If the prize remains unclaimed following those drawings, it may remain unawarded.
The prize is expected to be fulfilled approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
8. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) The 80s Cruise x Maui & Sons prize package containing:

- One (1) tank top
- Two (2) visors
- Two (2) pairs of sunglasses
- One (1) fanny pack
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the complete prize package is $350.
Specific colors, designs and sizes of prize items are subject to availability and will be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Apparel sizes cannot be exchanged or substituted.
The prize does not include a cabin, cruise reservation, airfare, transportation, accommodation or admission to The 80s Cruise.
The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be provided except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item or the complete prize with an item or prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs for delivery of the prize to one valid address within the United States. The winner is responsible for providing a complete and valid U.S. shipping address.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or stolen shipments after the prize has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
9. General Conditions
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Entertainment Cruise Productions NCP, LLC, The 80s Cruise, Navigare Cruise Partners, LLC, Navigare Advisory Partners, LLC, Maui & Sons, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
(a) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctioning electronic equipment or network, internet, website, email or social media platform issues;
(b) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes;
(c) lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted or delayed entries or communications;
(d) printing, typographical, technical or administrative errors in materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or
(e) any injury, loss or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of the prize.
Entrants agree that, in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages.
11. Affidavit of Eligibility
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within the period specified by Sponsor.
Failure to complete and return any required documentation within the specified period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate potential winner.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Maui & Sons to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements concerning the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.
12. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not specifically provided for in these Official Rules.

14. Disputes
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Missouri. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Missouri.
15. Privacy and Marketing Communications
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy and the Maui and Sons Privacy Policy.
By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from The 80s Cruise and Maui & Sons in accordance with the consent language presented on the entry form.
Marketing communications will be sent separately by each company. Entrants may unsubscribe from future marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.
